Diplomacy Sucks

Diplomacy is the art of protecting fragile egos and coddling the spineless weenies who can’t handle the truth—especially when it exposes their flaws, their failures or incompetence. If people had the guts to face reality without clutching their pearls or having melt downs, the flattery and mental gymnastics wouldn't be necessary. But we live in a world where bruised feelings matter more than fixing problems. So we slap duct tape over dysfunction and call it diplomacy. That's why Diplomacy Sucks.
